Neville Fernandes has practiced labor and employment law since graduating from Georgetown Law in 2005. He represents employees throughout California in wrongful termination, unpaid wages, harassment, and discrimination cases. He first practiced on behalf of management at Littler Mendelson, the largest labor and employment firm in the United States. In 2013, he started Norcal Employment Counsel PC in San Francisco, a firm exclusively representing employees in labor and employment matters. After litigating over 25 single plaintiff cases without a loss, he started a second firm, Socal Employment Counsel, to represent employees in the Southern California region. In total, Neville has now litigated over 70 cases in 20 different state and federal courts in California as well as AAA and JAMS arbitration with a total success rate of 97% and millions of dollars in recoveries.
Neville is a member of the State Bar of California and licensed to practice in all state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also regularly represents clients in AAA and JAMS arbitration and in administrative proceedings with the DFEH, EEOC, and the California Labor Commissioner (DLSE).
